about the role
we are seeking a hungry, crypto-native account executive to join altitude's fast-growing sales team.
you'll own the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to funded account – and report directly to senior leadership.
stablecoin-native business finance is a new category with no established playbook, you'll build it.
what we're looking for
3+ years in crypto or tradfi/defi, with at least 2 in a closing or pipeline-building sales role.
deep existing network across crypto founders, operators, and finance teams.
strong written and verbal communication;
able to tell altitude's story clearly and compellingly.
comfortable with crm tools and pipeline reporting.
willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and in-person meetings.

former vc associate with deal flow and ecosystem mapping experience.
early sales hire at a crypto-native company or gtm/bd at a major l1/l2 or prominent crypto project.
ai-native seller leveraging ai tools to scale outbound and build pipeline faster.
proven ability to light up a room at conferences and convert conversations into real pipeline.
key responsibilities
drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, social, calls, and warm intros to stablecoin-native companies.
build and maintain a consistently full pipeline – no empty calendars, no dry weeks.
run a fast, disciplined deal process: first meeting to funded account in 7–14 days.
lead discovery calls uncovering real pain points around treasury management, payments, and yield.
deliver tailored product demos and navigate conversations with founders, finance leads, and ops teams.
attend every major crypto conference and industry gathering – dubai, denver, lisbon, singapore, and beyond.
host dinners, roundtables, and 1:1 meetings around events to maximize every trip.
